Staying at the hotel was quite an experience! The kids absolutely loved the fun and vibrant atmosphere, especially the themed lift with the disco ball. However, I faced some frustration with customer service at the front desk, where the language barrier made communication challenging. The room was beautifully themed but had some peculiar layout issues that detracted from our comfort. Overall, it has a lot of potential if a few improvements were made.

Staying at the Legoland Hotel was a fantastic experience for our family. The proximity to the theme park and water park was a huge plus, along with the spacious and fun themed rooms. However, the location is a bit isolated if you're looking for dining options outside the hotel. We had an amazing time at the hotel, especially the themed rooms which were a hit with our kids. The service was exceptional, with staff always being quick to assist us.
