Staying at the hotel was quite an experience! The kids absolutely loved the fun and vibrant atmosphere, especially the themed lift with the disco ball. However, I faced some frustration with customer service at the front desk, where the language barrier made communication challenging. The room was beautifully themed but had some peculiar layout issues that detracted from our comfort. Overall, it has a lot of potential if a few improvements were made.
